한국어 개인정보 처리방침
적어두신 리마인더 문구는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 다만 앱이 얼마나 쓰이는지에 대한 통계와, 앱이 멈췄을 때의 오류 기록은 Google Firebase로 전송됩니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공합니다.
적용 범위와 운영자
이 방침은 Android 애플리케이션 Nudge Me(패키지명 app.nudgeme.reminder)에 적용됩니다. 앱에는 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 개발자가 직접 운영하는 서버도 없습니다. 아래에 적힌 외부 전송은 모두 Google이 제공하는 서비스로 보내집니다.
기기 안에만 보관되는 정보
다음 정보는 기기의 앱 전용 저장공간에만 보관되며, 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 입력한 리마인더 문구
- 챙길 것 / 할 일 구분, 예정 시각, 반복 규칙, 알림 시점, 미뤄둔 알림, 완료 여부와 완료 시각
- 앱 설정: 조용한 시간대, 기본 알림 시점, 진동, 알림창에 늘 띄우기, 언어, 화면 밝기 모드, 광고 제거 여부
- 알림을 정확한 시각에 예약하기 위한 기기 시간대와 시스템 언어
리마인더 문구는 아래 자리에 화면으로 표시되므로, 기기를 곁에서 보는 다른 사람에게 보일 수 있습니다.
- 예약된 시각의 시스템 알림 (잠금화면 미리보기 설정의 영향을 받습니다)
- 홈 화면 위젯을 올려두셨다면 그 위젯 (다음 세 가지가 늘 보입니다)
- "알림창에 늘 띄우기"를 켜두셨다면 알림창 맨 위
위젯과 알림창 표시는 기기 안에서만 이뤄지며 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 보이는 것이 부담스러우면 위젯을 홈 화면에서 빼거나 설정에서 끄시면 됩니다.
이 앱의 데이터는 Android 백업(Google 계정 클라우드 백업)과 기기 간 전송에서 제외되어 있습니다. 백업이 켜져 있는 기기에서도 리마인더 문구와 설정은 백업에 담기지 않습니다. 그래서 휴대폰을 바꾸시면 적어두신 내용은 따라오지 않습니다. 광고 제거 구매는 백업이 아니라 Google Play의 구매 기록에서 되살아납니다.
Google Firebase로 전송되는 정보
3-1. 이용 통계 (Firebase Analytics)
앱이 어떻게 쓰이는지 파악하기 위해 다음 네 가지 사건만 전송합니다. 전송되는 값은 아래에 적힌 것이 전부이며, 리마인더 문구는 포함되지 않습니다.

이와 별개로 Firebase Analytics는 다음을 자동 수집합니다.
- 앱 최초 실행, 세션 시작, 앱 업데이트 및 삭제 기록
- 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 화면 언어
- IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 지역(국가·도시 수준)
- 앱 설치 식별자(App Instance ID)
3-2. 오류 기록 (Firebase Crashlytics)
앱이 예기치 않게 멈추거나 오류가 발생하면 다음이 전송됩니다.
- 오류가 발생한 위치와 호출 경로(스택 트레이스)
- 앱 버전, 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 메모리와 저장공간 여유
- 오류 발생 시각, Crashlytics 설치 식별자
리마인더 문구는 오류 기록에 포함되지 않습니다.
Google AdMob (광고)
앱은 Google AdMob과 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용해 화면 하단에 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 SDK는 다음을 수집하거나 전송할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), App Set ID
- IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치
- 광고 노출과 탭 등 광고 상호작용 기록
- 기기 및 앱 진단 정보
개발자는 사용자가 작성한 리마인더 문구를 광고 요청에 포함하지 않습니다. Google의 데이터 처리, 보유 기간, 맞춤 광고, 국외 이전에는 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다.
4-1. 유럽·영국·스위스 사용자의 동의
유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스처럼 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고를 띄우기 전에 Google이 제공하는 동의 화면이 뜹니다. 고르시기 전에는 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.
이 지역에서는 고르신 결과와 관계없이, 이용 통계를 식별자를 기기에 저장하지 않는 제한된 방식(Google 동의 모드의 거부 상태)으로만 처리합니다. 오류 기록(3-2)은 앱이 멈춘 원인을 고치는 데 꼭 필요해서 동의와 별개로 전송됩니다. 리마인더 문구는 담기지 않습니다.
한 번 고르신 뒤에도 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 다시 고르실 수 있습니다. 이 줄은 동의가 필요한 지역에서만 보입니다.
인앱 결제 (Google Play 결제)
앱 안에서 광고 제거를 한 번 사실 수 있습니다. 구독이 아니라 한 번 사면 끝입니다.
결제는 전부 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드 번호나 결제 수단을 보지 않습니다. 앱이 Google Play와 주고받는 것은 다음뿐입니다.
- 판매할 상품이 있는지와 그 가격 (앱을 켤 때, 설정 화면을 열 때)
- 이 기기의 Google 계정이 전에 이 상품을 샀는지 (구매 되살리기)
- 구매가 끝났다는 확인
폰을 바꾸거나 앱을 지웠다 다시 깔아도 구매 되살리기로 되찾으실 수 있습니다. Google 계정이 같아야 합니다. 산 사실은 기기 안에 "광고 제거 켜짐" 이라는 표시로만 남고, 개발자 쪽에는 누가 샀는지가 남지 않습니다.
환불과 결제 내역은 Google Play에서 관리하시며, Google의 정책이 적용됩니다.

알림 권한과 알람 권한은 Android 설정에서 언제든 끄실 수 있습니다.

Android 설정에서 Nudge Me의 저장공간과 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 기기 안의 정보는 모두 지워집니다.
보안과 국외 처리
기기 안의 정보는 Android의 앱 전용 저장공간에 보관됩니다. Firebase와 광고 관련 전송에는 암호화된 연결이 사용됩니다.
Google은 서비스 운영 과정에서 사용자 국가 밖의 서버(미국 등)에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스의 정보를 그 밖으로 옮길 때 Google은 유럽위원회의 표준계약조항 같은 법이 정한 보호 장치를 따릅니다.
아동의 개인정보
Nudge Me는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계된 서비스가 아니며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
사용자의 선택권
- 앱 안에서 리마인더를 확인, 수정, 삭제할 수 있습니다
- Android 설정에서 알림 권한과 알람 권한을 끌 수 있습니다
- 유럽·영국에 계시면 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 설정에서 광고 동의를 언제든 다시 고르실 수 있습니다
- 홈 화면 위젯을 빼거나 설정 > 알림창에 늘 띄우기를 끄면 리마인더 문구가 화면에 늘 보이지 않게 됩니다
- Android 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하면 맞춤 광고가 제한됩니다
- Google 계정의 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 관리할 수 있습니다
- 앱을 삭제하면 이후의 통계와 오류 기록 전송이 중단됩니다
- 거주 지역의 법률이 보장하는 열람, 정정, 삭제 등의 권리를 아래 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다
10-1. 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에 계신 분께
- 처리 근거: 광고(광고 식별자와 맞춤 광고 포함)는 동의, 이용 통계와 오류 기록은 앱을 안정적으로 제공하고 고치기 위한 정당한 이익, 광고 제거 구매는 계약 이행에 근거합니다
- 동의는 설정 > 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 철회하실 수 있습니다. 철회해도 그 전에 이뤄진 처리의 적법성에는 영향이 없습니다
- 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 처리 반대, 이동을 아래 문의처로 요청하실 수 있습니다
- 거주하시는 나라의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 내실 수 있습니다
방침의 변경
앱의 기능이나 사용하는 외부 서비스, 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 이 방침을 수정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Nudge Me Privacy Policy
Effective: September 16, 2026The reminder text you write never leaves your device. Usage statistics and crash reports are sent to Google Firebase. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Nudge Me Android application (package app.nudgeme.reminder). The app has no account or login, and the developer operates no server. Everything described below is sent to services provided by Google.
Information kept only on your device
The following stays in the app's private storage and is never transmitted.
- The reminder text you enter
- Bring / Do category, scheduled time, repeat rule, alert timing, snoozed alerts, completion status and time
- Preferences: quiet hours, default alert timing, vibration, pinned notification, language, appearance, ad-free status
- Device time zone and system language, used to schedule notifications
Reminder text is shown on screen in the places below, so it may be visible to anyone looking at your device.
- System notifications at the scheduled time (subject to your lock-screen preview settings)
- The home screen widget, if you have placed one (it always shows the next three)
- The top of your notification shade, if "Pin it to your notifications" is on
The widget and the pinned summary are rendered on the device and are never transmitted. If that visibility bothers you, remove the widget or turn the setting off.
This app's data is excluded from Android backup (Google Account cloud backup) and from device-to-device transfer. Even with backup switched on, your reminder text and settings are not part of it. That also means nothing you wrote follows you to a new phone. An ad-removal purchase is restored from your Google Play purchase history, not from a backup.
Information sent to Google Firebase
3-1. Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)
Only these four events are sent. The values listed are everything that is sent, and reminder text is never included.

Separately, Firebase Analytics automatically collects:
- First open, session start, app update and removal
- Device model, OS version, display language
- Approximate region (country/city) inferred from IP address
- App Instance ID
3-2. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
When the app crashes or hits an error, the following is sent.
- Where the error occurred and the call path (stack trace)
- App version, device model, OS version, available memory and storage
- Time of the error, Crashlytics installation identifier
Reminder text is not included in crash reports.
Google AdMob (advertising)
The app uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show a banner at the bottom of the screen. The SDK may collect or send:
- Advertising ID, App Set ID
- Approximate location inferred from IP address
- Ad interactions such as impressions and taps
- Device and app diagnostic information
The developer does not include your reminder text in ad requests. Google's own policies govern retention, deletion, ad personalization and international processing.
4-1. Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, a Google-provided consent form appears before any ad is shown. No ads are requested until you have made a choice.
In these regions, whatever you choose, usage statistics are only processed in a restricted mode that stores no identifiers on your device (the denied state of Google consent mode). Crash reports (3-2) are sent regardless of consent, because they are needed to fix what made the app stop. They never include reminder text.
You can change that choice at any time under Settings > Privacy options in the app. That row only appears in regions where consent is required.
In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)
You can make a single purchase inside the app to remove ads. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Google Play handles the payment. The developer never sees your card number or payment method. The only things the app exchanges with Google Play are:
- Whether the item is available and what it costs (on launch and when you open Settings)
- Whether the Google account on this device has bought it before (Restore purchase)
- Confirmation that a purchase completed
If you switch phones or reinstall, Restore purchase brings it back, as long as you use the same Google account. On your device the purchase is stored only as an "ad-free" flag, and the developer keeps no record of who bought it.
Refunds and purchase history are managed by Google Play under Google's policies.

Notification and alarm permissions can be turned off at any time in Android settings.
Retention and deletion

Clearing Nudge Me's storage or uninstalling the app removes everything held on the device.
Security and international processing
On-device information is kept in Android's app-specific storage. Firebase and advertising traffic uses encrypted connections.
Google may process information on servers outside your country, including the United States. When information from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland is transferred elsewhere, Google relies on safeguards recognised by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children's privacy
Nudge Me is not designed for children under 14, and the developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Your choices
- Review, edit and delete reminders inside the app
- Turn off notification and alarm permissions in Android settings
- In the EEA or UK, change your ad consent at any time under Settings > Privacy options in the app
- Remove the home screen widget, or turn off Settings > Pin it to your notifications, to stop reminder text from being displayed continuously
- Delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads to limit personalized advertising
- Manage ad personalization in your Google Account ad settings
- Uninstalling the app stops any further statistics and crash reporting
- Exercise access, correction, deletion and other rights available under your local law by contacting us below
10-1. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
- Legal bases: ads (including the Advertising ID and personalised ads) rely on your consent; usage statistics and crash reports rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the app working and fixing it; the Remove ads purchase relies on performance of a contract
- You can withdraw consent at any time under Settings > Privacy options. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it
- You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by contacting us below
- You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and its effective date when the app, the third-party services it uses, or legal requirements change.
